This friendly and supportive group is for women from different cultural backgrounds living in Sutherland Shire and St George areas. Women of all ages are welcome.
Come and Join Us:

- To learn how to reduce stress with simple relaxation techniques
- To venture out together on excursions
- To make new friends.
We meet every Friday during school terms at the Gymea Community Centre, 39 Gymea Bay Rd Gymea from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Cost is $2 per session.
