Renee Hall, General Manager, GCAIS
Gymea Community Aid and Information Service (GCAIS) is delighted to announce the appointment of Renee Hall as the new General Manager. Renee brings with her a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for the organisation, having served on the GCAIS board for three and a half years.
Renee said she is pleased to have this opportunity with an organisation that makes a difference in people’s lives.
“As our purpose statement says we are ‘connecting people to opportunities, resources and each other’ and that is at the heart of what we do.”
Chairperson at GCAIS Kaye Herald said they are thrilled to welcome Renee as the new General Manager. “Renee’s leadership and vision will be invaluable as we continue to advance our mission to build upon our reputation to deliver high-quality information and services to members of our community and to foster community networks through our groups, evidence-based programs and activities,” Kaye said.
“Joanne Cracknell, the departing General Manager provided nearly eight years of exceptional service to the community, it was with reluctance I accepted Joanne’s resignation however I know she is looking forward to a well-earned break. She leaves behind a wonderful legacy including most recently the Gymea centre renovation.”
