AGEING WELL

Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) is a program which aims to provide assistance to older people who experience difficulty with the normal tasks of daily living and are therefore at risk of premature institutionalisation.

The program is funded by the Australian Government. Clients must be assessed for eligibility, and access is dependent on service availability. A modest financial contribution for each occasion of service may apply.
